At

Lendbuzz, we believe financial opportunity should be more personalized and fair. We develop innovative technologies that provide underserved and overlooked borrowers with better access to credit. While our core operations are based in the

United States, we are excited to be

setting up our presence in Argentina as we continue to grow globally. From our employees to our dealers, partners, and borrowers, we’ve built a company and a culture around a resolute belief in the promise and power of diversity. We value independent and critical thinking - and we’re looking forward to building a strong local team in Argentina to support our mission.

Lendbuzz is expanding its global engineering footprint with a new site in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are seeking a

This role is ideal for a

technical leader who can code, review, and architect alongside their team while also inspiring, mentoring, and building an engineering organization from the ground up. As the site grows through 2026 and beyond, the Site Lead will have the opportunity to evolve into a senior leadership position with broader organizational responsibilities.

  • Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on development in SaaS or fintech environments
  • 5+ years in engineering management, with proven success mentoring teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong technical expertise across modern software development practices and tools; ability to dive deep into code and architecture when needed
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills—able to inspire both engineers and cross-functional partners
  • Experience in React, Node.js, and TypeScript, RESTful APIs, full-stack development
  • Experience in developing mobile application
