Senior IT Solutionist

As a Senior IT Solutionist at Lemonade, you'll be key in IT Operations, developing AI-enabled processes for our IT stack and user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access).

In this role, you'll own our AI ticketing platform, designing and launching new features with teams to provide autonomous support, using automations and generative AI to deploy fresh and creative solutions.

In this role you’ll

• Be the face of IT in our NY office, coordinating technical resources with on site teams

• Deliver exceptional IT support, resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring network connectivity, and providing effective remote assistance

• Build and maintain a fresh, automated employee onboarding and offboarding experience

• Implement automations to streamline IT operations, enhancing efficiency and security

• Utilize AI prompt engineering to improve the effectiveness of IT support tasks

• Develop solutions for first-level support - create informative knowledge-base articles and user-friendly self-service tools

• Take charge of our IT products, identifying opportunities for enhancements and innovation

• Lead projects from inception to completion, guiding them towards successful outcomes

• Stay informed on the latest IT trends and technologies

• Be a product-forward owner of the AI ticketing platform

• Work collaboratively with other tech professionals to provide outstanding service to users

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of experience in optimizing IT operations and automation with various tech stacks

• A knack for jumping into new challenges and solving them independently

• The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced tech environment

• A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field

• A proactive attitude towards taking ownership of your work

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to bold and new solutions

• Excellent communication skills, proven ability to engage with stakeholders

• College degree

• Ability to work from our NYC office at least 3 days per week

Lemonade's US base rate of pay for this full-time position is $90,000-$100,000, plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
