- Cross-functional collaboration with PMs, data eng/science
- English communication to diverse stakeholders
- Degree in Industrial Eng, Math, or Stats (or equivalent)
- Office presence minimum 3 days/week
- Enthusiasm for learning AI and adapting to new tech
