We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented personal assistant to work closely with our Co-Founder and President in Tel Aviv. You’ll be a trusted, reliable, and invaluable first responder, playing a critical role in supporting our executive team. If you’re a hard worker with a get-things-done attitude, unlimited enthusiasm for going the extra mile, and a knack for tech, design, and the startup ecosystem, this exciting opportunity is for you.
This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations for our President and Co-founder, and by extension, our broader C-suite. You'll be at the heart of our fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient flow of critical communications and strategic initiatives.
Oversee and manage day-to-day calendar, meetings, and travel
Handle communication for meetings, conference calls, invitations, and events
Support board meeting coordination and prepare necessary materials
Manage expenses and perform general administrative duties
Take on special projects and provide additional administrative support for our C-suite and executive team
Ensure the President’s schedule and communications are managed flawlessly, allowing him to focus on strategic priorities
Impeccable written and verbal fluency in English and Hebrew
Strong organizational and planning skills, with a super detail-oriented approach to ensure nothing gets past your radar
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize, especially with a long to-do list
High EQ, great people skills, and a collaborative team player mindset
Super tech-savvy with Google Apps, Calendar, various SaaS tools, and Mac, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
