In this role you'll
Guide partners through technical integrations with our platform (APIs, SDKs, etc.), providing support and troubleshooting to ensure successful resolution of challenges
Design and build getaways, custom integrations and tools to help partners effectively leverage our technology. Be the gatekeeper of our API standards.
Build and manage strong working relationships with technical counterparts at partner organizations, planning requirements, managing project schedules, and identifying risks
Serve as a subject matter expert, gathering feedback from the partner community to advocate for new features or improvements to internal product and engineering teams
Create high-quality documentation, best practices, and training materials to educate partners and scale the adoption of the platform
Collaborate with business development and sales teams to identify new opportunities and present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
What you'll need
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
3-5+ years of work experience in similar roles, for example software engineer, partner engineer, professional services, technical consultant, or solution engineer
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, TypeScript)
Understanding of web/cloud technologies (REST APIs, HTTP, SQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and experience with software design and architecture
Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and project management skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
