We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Experience Admin who’s eager to shape the day-to-day experience of our vibrant Amsterdam office while also supporting People Operations. In this role, you’ll be both a cultural ambassador and a trusted partner for our Makers, blending warm hospitality with structured, reliable support in Office and HR operations.

Keep the office running smoothly, safe, and welcoming—ensuring employees feel at home.
Manage front-of-house and facilities (supplies, swag, mail, events, plants, and the little touches that make the space cozy and vibrant).
Support onboarding and create meaningful first-day experiences for new joiners.
Partner with IT and Office Ops to resolve issues quickly and maintain a seamless workplace experience.
Manage contracts, leave, and benefits administration, ensuring all processes run smoothly and legal timelines are met.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to make processes more efficient and scalable.
Collaborate closely with the AMS People Ops Manager, acting as a trusted partner on reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc projects to provide insight and process improvements
3–5 years’ experience in People Ops, HR administration, or Office Management (ideally in an international/tech environment).
Proven experience within office / facility management or project management, or as an administrative assistant (ideally within a startup environment or in a People Ops-related role)
Empathy, a strong EQ, a warm demeanor, and the desire to connect with people and make a difference
Superb English skills, with the ability to strike the right tone and nuance when communicating with colleagues
Prior knowledge of the hospitality and event industry in Amsterdam
Service-oriented mindset, a high level of initiative, and a constant sense of innovation.
Ability to physically work from our AMS office at least four days a week
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with excellent documentation skills.
Experience with reporting and strong data literacy (comfortable with Sheets, pivots, analysis).
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
