Senior Insurance Product Analyst, EU

We’re looking for a talented and curious Sr. Insurance Product Analyst who is eager to join us in creating the most loved Home insurance product on the planet.

As part of the Insurance Product team, you'll collaborate with our Actuarial and Underwriting experts to profitably grow Lemonade in Europe. 

In this role, you’ll help manage the different phases of the product life cycle, measuring the progress of key initiatives while working closely with Product teams to accelerate the go-to-market of value-added, simple, and delightful insurance features. This role will provide insights and support for the French and UK market primarily.

In this role you’ll

  • Develop core business reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators

  • Conduct deep dive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with Insurance Product, Actuarial, and Underwriting experts to develop competitor research and propose new insurance features

  • Drive a fast go-to-market by working closely with Product teams

  • Assist in driving positive impact in sales, profitability, churn and coverage up-sell

  • Monitor the impact of product changes and new releases

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of project management or owner experience, preferably in Insurance

  • B.S. in Business Management, Economics, Insurance, or related field

  • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, communicating results, and taking action

  • Eagerness to learn about product management

  • Collaborative spirit and top-notch communication skills

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel and LookML , including building reports and dashboards, preferred

  • Adept at working with and completing analysis on large data sets

  • Ability to work in an office environment 3 times a week

  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI –  a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
