- 2-3+ years leading and mentoring high-performing teams with strong culture
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and targets
- Expert in complex partnership negotiations and end-to-end delivery
- Comfortable influencing VP and C-level leaders internally and externally
- MBA or advanced degree a plus
