📋 Description

  • Track and interpret state and federal legislative and regulatory activity in healthcare.
  • Update bills and proposed rule movements in the platform.
  • Monitor Board of Pharmacy sites for agendas, minutes, and newsletters.
  • Format and compare updated statutory and regulatory language when adding to the system.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of statutes, regulations, and executive orders added.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associates degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Admin, or Legal Studies; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2+ years in legislative/regulatory tracking, preferably in healthcare, education, or compliance.
  • Experience in healthcare learning, regulatory agency, or state licensing board desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex legislative language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex information into plain language.
