Legislative Affairs Associate

📋 Description

• Build Radiant's congressional engagement with staff, LDs, and Members.
• Run day-to-day outreach: schedule meetings, track priorities.
• Own the Hill CRM: keep contacts current, log every touch.
• Coordinate with external lobbyist; align targets and timing.
• Build a Hill map showing influencers, gaps, and leverage.
• Draft and deliver Hill materials: one-pagers, talking points, memos.

🎯 Requirements

• Willing to file as an in-house Lobbyist.
• 5+ years on the Congress side or adjacent roles.
• Build relationships with staff assistants, LDs, and Members.
• Strong NDAA and appropriations knowledge and workflows.
• Run congressional outreach with CRM and coordinate with lobbyist.
• Excellent writing and fast turnaround for one-pagers and memos.
• Willing to work extended hours; 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
