Own outside counsel relationships end-to-end, incl. RFPs and SLAs
Develop and maintain outside counsel terms and billing guidelines
Partner with Finance on spend accruals, forecasting, and analytics
Drive playbooks, tools, and processes to automate and scale legal vendor mgmt
Prepare regular reports on spend, vendor performance, and trends
Own onboarding/offboarding of providers, including conflicts and security reviews

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in legal operations or vendor management at a tech company
Hands-on with e-billing and matter management platforms; invoicing workflows
Proven track record with law firm relationships, rate negotiations, and guidelines
Advanced Excel with pivot tables and data visualization
Ability to break down complex projects and work across the organization
Bonus: Brightflag/LawVu familiarity; gaming industry familiarity; AI in legal ops
