- AI curiosity; familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Gemini, GPT, Copilot)
- Strong troubleshooting; resolve software and system issues
- Clear communication; translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Operational agility; highly organized with multiple priorities
- Collaboration; comfortable working with executives and cross-functional partners
