📋 Description

  • Provide exceptional service in all merchant, partner, staff, and external interactions.
  • Resolve POS inactivity issues using available resources.
  • Actively monitor assigned accounts and provide timely updates.
  • Field calls, emails, and tickets to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Address legal concerns (UCC lien/levy, bankruptcy) with Risk and Accounting.
  • Assist with preparation of litigation documents, subpoenas, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research under guidance from Legal Department.
  • Review and advise on Salesforce-related concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism while deescalating complex situations.
