📋 Description

• Coordinate the legal AI tooling roadmap and report progress to stakeholders
• Triage tooling requests, assess complexity, route work; handle simple builds
• Build no-code/low-code solutions end-to-end: Claude.ai Projects, AppSheet, Slack workflows
• Partner on AI adoption — training materials, docs, and user guides as tools ship
• Support onboarding content as tooling evolves
• Track adoption signals and surface patterns to focus efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Have 4–7 years in legal operations, legal technology, or a technical operations role
• Can keep multiple projects organized; track dependencies and risks early
• Build lightweight solutions: Claude projects, no-code apps, Slack automations
• Worked with teams building and shipping tools; drive adoption
• Lead with curiosity; ask good questions and learn quickly
• Show empathy; meet busy lawyers where they are
• Collaborative and low-ego; flex into adjacent work
• Have a sense of humor; keep work enjoyable under pressure
