Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Review edits to NDAs, DPAs, orders, TOS, vendor contracts, and security addenda.
• Identify legal or business risks and escalate to external counsel when needed.
• Coordinate with external counsel and summarize risks for internal stakeholders.
• Help GTM keep contract reviews moving and policy-aligned.
• Build and maintain core legal ops processes: tracking, intake, approvals.
• Create and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as paralegal/legal ops/contract manager in SaaS or tech.
• Comfortable reviewing standard contracts and escalating when needed.
• Familiarity with SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, vendor contracts, security terms.
• Experience coordinating with external counsel and translating guidance into business decisions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build processes, templates, and docs.
• Clear, practical communicator across Sales, CS, Security, Operations, and leadership.
