Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Architect legal ops processes to support a high-growth function
• Manage Ironclad CLM and Brightflag platforms
• Develop dashboards on contract cycle time, demand, workload, and SLA
• Analyze trends in legal demand to inform staffing and budgeting
• Drive continuous improvements across intake, triage, workflows, and matter management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align legal processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations or related roles
• Hands-on experience administering Ironclad and Brightflag in production
• Capacity planning, workload analysis, or resource forecasting for legal teams
• Highly analytical with data, metrics, and operational dashboards
• Experience scaling legal processes within an established legal infra
• Clear and effective communication with legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end
