- Partner with the General Counsel to define and execute Legal strategy, OKRs, and rhythms
- Prepare executive materials and surface risks, opportunities, and insights for leadership
- Define and implement Legal AI strategy, including tool selection and governance
- Own Legal tech (including CLM), driving roadmap, system performance, and IT adoption
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and vendor strategy, including outside counsel
- Build and scale knowledge management (templates, playbooks, summaries) for access and decision-making
🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in legal operations within in-house or law firm
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution with measurable impact
- Experience partnering with C-level executives; influence decisions at the executive level
- Experience leading AI, automation, or data-driven transformation in Legal or related functions
- Hands-on experience with legal tech, especially CLM systems, including implementation
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree, or equivalent experience preferred
