  • Qualified Company Secretary with up to 8 years experience.
  • Experience in multinational finance shared services, law firm, or PE.
  • Experience with legal entity management across APAC, Americas, and EMEA.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in compliance monitoring tools and software.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
