- Experience in multinational finance shared services, law firm, or PE.
- Experience with legal entity management across APAC, Americas, and EMEA.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in compliance monitoring tools and software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
