- Conduct structured evaluation of AI outputs for accuracy and reliability.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial legal experience (or 2+ years as a legal knowledge engineer).
- JD from an accredited law school; US state bar or Canadian admission a plus.
- Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience with prompt engineering, designing/refining/validating LLM prompts.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts or workflows is a plus.
- Experience with contract management solutions or legal operations is a plus.
