- Work with our in-house legal team on strategic initiatives and daily legal operations.
- Support cross-functional teams as we formalize sustainability goals and AI-enabled workflows.
- Lead or contribute to AI deployment in the legal function, including LLM-based contract review.
- Draft, review, and implement sustainability, impact work, and commercial contracts.
- Serve as a key legal ops resource to automate and standardize contracting procedures.
- Collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product/Tech, and Operations as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Rising 2L or 3L law student as of Summer 2026.
- Interest in AI, legal tech, and data privacy.
- Resourceful, self-driven, collaborative, and curious.
- Comfortable working independently in a small team.
- Excellent writing, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
