Support compliance/regulatory matters; analyze laws impacting retail.
Review and summarize contracts, vendor agreements, and employee docs.
Collaborate with HR, marketing, procurement on legal issues.
Assist in preparing litigation documents and ongoing matters.
Attend meetings with stakeholders; provide legal guidance on day-to-day matters.

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled at a top-tier law school.
Strong written and verbal communication; articulate legal concepts clearly.
Proficient in Westlaw and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
