Legal Intern

📋 Description

• Support legal team projects from planning through execution.
• Organize templates and resources; propose updates to standard agreements.
• Review low-risk agreements; flag issues for legal review.
• Research legal/regulatory developments, incl. AI tools to inform guidance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders; document discussions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Ad Council interns on the summer intern project to develop a campaign proposal.

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment as a 1L or 2L law student in good standing at an accredited law school.
• Foundational understanding of contracts and legal concepts.
• Ability to review standard/templated agreements (NDAs, SOWs, IOs) against guidance.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines remotely.
• Professional judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional collaboration with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
