- 7+ years of executive search in an agency or external firm.
- Proven success recruiting lateral law firm partners and legal leadership.
- Experience placing General Counsel, CHROs/CPOs, and senior HR leaders.
- Track record managing external client accounts and growing a book of business.
- Knowledge of law firm economics, partner portability, and lateral hiring.
- Ability to operate remotely with strong communication and discretion.
