  • Proven success recruiting lateral law firm partners and legal leadership.
  • Experience placing General Counsel, CHROs/CPOs, and senior HR leaders.
  • Track record managing external client accounts and growing a book of business.
  • Knowledge of law firm economics, partner portability, and lateral hiring.
  • Ability to operate remotely with strong communication and discretion.
