- Experience onboarding multiple customers in parallel on an enterprise SaaS or similar platform.
- Strong communication and training skills for live onboarding sessions.
- Willingness to learn new technical or AI concepts and apply them with customers.
- Interest in how contracts and law intersect with technology.
- Based in the UK with long-term working rights.
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or APIs.
