Legal Director, Legal Transactions

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day sales and commercial legal processes.
• Partner with sales, reseller, finance, and ops teams.
• Draft/negotiate SaaS/CCaaS agreements with customers and partners.
• Advise on telecom, AI, and data privacy issues (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA).
• Develop CLM playbooks and improve standard form agreements.
• Manage high-volume internal legal requests under tight timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• JD with 10-15 years total; 6+ years drafting complex tech sales agreements.
• SaaS, Data Protection Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, vendor and reseller contracts experience.
• Global experience across time zones and cultures.
• Telecom law, AI and data privacy incl GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA.
• Build collaborative relationships with Legal and Compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud GTM, customer experience, finance, operations.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
