🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Law degree.
- Hands-on experience in architecture, construction or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of entitlements, permitting, scheduling, and construction.
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
