- Draft and negotiate LOIs, land options, easements, and development documents.
- Support project finance and real estate loan transactions, incl. leases.
- Manage documentation lifecycle for data center development and energy projects.
- Serve as primary legal liaison to development, operations, asset management, and financing teams.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, title agents, surveyors, and environmental consultants.
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title commitments and ALTA surveys.
🎯 Requirements
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. State.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure, or energy law.
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating LOIs, options, and easements.
- Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and environmental consultants.
- Familiarity with project finance or real estate loan transactions is a plus.
- Experience in data center, energy, or digital infrastructure is a plus but not required.
