Partner with product/business teams through all product stages (ideation to launch)
Advise on new products/features across markets, including AI systems
Provide legal guidance on AI regulation and privacy, data protection, IP
Conduct legal reviews for market expansion; ensure AI transparency/safety
Draft/negotiate contracts for third-party software and technology procurement
Establish/maintain product terms, policies, and messaging docs

🎯 Requirements

JD/LL.M. with bar admission (US NY or Sweden eligibility)
5+ years in law firm or in-house
Experience counseling on tech products
Interest in AI technologies
Strong knowledge: digital products, privacy, IP, liability
Proven track record with commercial agreements
