📋 Description

• Part of Crypto.com Legal Team handling US CFTC/SEC regulatory matters.
• Expertise in CFTC/NFA/SEC/FINRA rules and cross-border matters.
• Legal/regulatory focus on prediction markets, derivatives, and tokenized securities.
• Assist with contracts, licensing, data provisioning and related negotiations.
• Draft, review, and update policies/terms for US trading of regulated products.
• Represent before CFTC/NFA/SEC/FINRA; review marketing for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified/licensed lawyer with 3–5 years in financial product regulatory work for CFTC/SEC clients.
• Excellent knowledge of US financial laws and cross-border regulation.
• Familiar with industry practices and standards.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle high volume.
• Ability to communicate concisely with business teams and management.
