Legal Counsel - Media

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, services, licensing, NDA, and tech contracts.
• Advise on IP, marketing, content, risk, compliance, and privacy.
• Review campaigns for legal/regulatory compliance, including ads and rights clearances.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Sales, HR, Finance, Tech, and Product teams.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and processes.
• Support legal ops, including matter management, document management, and training on policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of legal experience, in-house and/or law firm.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or digital content, including advertising and licensing.
• Travel: Ability to travel occasionally to Rumble office locations.
