Own day-to-day legal operations and contract lifecycle
First-line legal support for GTM and finance teams
Coordinate external counsel across UK and other jurisdictions
Draft, review, negotiate customer agreements: MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, SOWs
Review inbound customer papers and run redline cycles to close
Maintain contract repositories and track key terms

🎯 Requirements

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales), 1-3 years PQE
Experience reviewing negotiating B2B SaaS contracts (MSA/DPA/SOW)
Knowledge of UK GDPR / data protection in SaaS
Comfortable as sole lawyer; escalate when needed
Highly organized, responsive, deadline-driven
Proficient with contract mgmt tools (Juro or equivalent)
