- Partner with internal stakeholders across IMC (Global Management, Finance, Tax, Strategy).
- External Counsel Management; draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in top-tier law firm and in-house roles.
- Experience in corporate governance, general corporate law, and M&A.
- Familiarity with financial regulatory environments a strong plus.
- Understanding of international tax in corporate/M&A context a plus.
- Pragmatic, proactive, business-oriented mindset with ownership.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; strong communicator.
- Collaborative team player; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Independent, able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
