🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s/LLM is a plus.
5–6 years in Argentinian employment and labor law; LATAM a plus.
Deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regulations, trends.
Experience drafting employment agreements and HR policies.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication; able to partner with HR, teams, and leadership.
