- Deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regs, trends.
- Strong drafting skills for employment agreements and HR policies.
- Analytical, research, problem-solving; translate into practical guidance.
- Independent, able to manage multiple matters; clear communicator with stakeholders.
