Act as regional lead for LATAM employment matters
Manage employee relations including terminations, disciplinary actions, performance

Stay ahead of regulatory changes and translate updates into guidance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s/LLM is a plus
5–6 years in Argentinian employment/labor law
Deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regs, and case trends
Strong drafting skills for employment agreements and HR policies
Ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance
Proactive, adaptable, able to manage high-volume workload
