Partner with sales teams to enable customers to adopt the Databricks platform.
Resolve legal issues to ensure smooth, timely transactions.
Collaborate with an experienced legal team to guide sales on processes.
Test and champion AI tools to make legal work faster and smarter.
Review, draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs and Orders to protect Databricks’ position.
Support end-to-end contract management with practical commercial advice.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Qualified lawyer with ~3 years PQE
In-house SaaS experience or private practice supporting a SaaS company with a regular/quarterly sales cycle
Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms & amendments with enterprise customers
Familiarity with Salesforce and contract management systems like Ironclad
Willingness to test/adopt AI tools to improve efficiency
