Advise on European crypto regulations, blockchain, and licensing.
Draft and negotiate token market making, loans, and digital asset agreements.
Monitor regulatory developments and propose proactive legal strategies.
Support global licensing applications across jurisdictions.
Advise senior business, finance, and compliance on regulatory and commercial risks.
Collaborate with regional teams to identify risks and mitigations.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or in-house.
Regulatory & Compliance Expertise.
Knowledge of MiCAR, MiFID and other European regulations.
Experience in commercial drafting, contract review and negotiation.
Experience with license applications is a plus.
Academic Law degree.
Excellent command of English.
Strong interest in crypto and cross-functional projects.
