- Primary legal advisor to sales teams in assigned verticals/geographies
- Independently lead contract negotiations; mitigate risk
- Participate in customer calls with legal, Sales, InfoSec, Deal Management, Finance
- Escalate complex issues to management and implement guidance
- Provide general legal advice; focus on language-specific and local law issues
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE, ideally in tech/SaaS or IT law
- 3+ years negotiating contracts; strong commercial/IT/cloud master agreements
- Experience with revenue-related MSAs with sales teams preferred
- English-law governed contracts experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to draft in both
- German/Dutch/French/Italian language skills a plus
