🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years PQE; US-qualified
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Confident engaging with counterparties across the UK, US, and Europe
- Experience supporting RFPs and tenders, including government and academia
- Experience with labor and employment laws
- Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks, templates, and training
