- Commercial contracts drafting with one of: M&A, AI governance, disputes, hosted software, payments, or employment law
- Proactive in adopting AI to drive efficiency
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and take on cross-area challenges
- Strong communicator who explains complex issues clearly
