Legal Counsel, Banking / Financing (Project finance)

📋 Description

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close project finance and related financing docs.
• Primary contact for banking counterparts; work with LMA standards.
• Advise on financing structures for data center and compute infra.
• Coordinate with external law firms on cross-border financing.
• Partner with Finance, M&A, Compute, and Business teams.
• Build and maintain templates and guidelines for financing docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above from France/EU; USA admit a plus.
• 7+ years legal experience, including 4+ years in an international firm.
• Proven track record in non-dilutive financing; LMA docs.
• Experience in project/infrastructure financing with long-term capex.
• Cross-border structuring; coordinate with local external counsel.
• Excellent English and French; clear legal communication.
