🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar in good standing
- 3-6 years of in-house or law firm experience
- Experience as a transactional attorney; knowledge of CCPA and GDPR
- Experience representing professional services firms; governance, engagement agreements, NDAs, risk management, and employment law
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, legal research, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with stakeholders
