Draft, negotiate, and review MSAs, SOWs, RFPs, NDAs, and third-party agreements.
Join negotiations with internal teams and clients on commercial contracts.
Provide legal support on compliance and clearance for APAC campaigns.
Collaborate with APAC legal to create and roll out contract policies.
Monitor APAC regulatory changes; advise on impact.
Liaise with account managers to ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in a similar role; in-house experience preferred.
Qualified lawyer in good standing admitted to practice.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
Hands-on with digital advertising, technology, content, IP, and copyright.
Experience in privacy, IP, HR and general corporate law a plus.
Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented; able to meet tight deadlines.
