- Draft, negotiate, and review MSAs, SOWs, RfPs, NDAs, and third-party agreements.
- Lead negotiations on commercial contracts with internal teams and clients; mitigate risks.
- Provide legal support on compliance and clearance for APAC projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with APAC legal team to create/update contract policies and strategies.
- Monitor APAC legal/regulatory changes and advise on impacts.
- Liaise with account managers and producers to ensure compliance with guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in a similar role; ideally in-house.
- Qualified lawyer in good standing admitted to practice in a qualified jurisdiction.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising, technology, content, digital media, contract and commercial law, and copyright.
- Experience in privacy, IP, HR and general corporate law a plus.
- Negotiation skills; experience drafting commercial contracts and advising stakeholders.
