- Qualified to practice law or be in-house counsel in CA or NY; 5+ years PQE.
- Experience in advertising ecosystem advising advertisers, publishers, or platforms.
- Strong understanding of advertising law, privacy, regulatory developments.
- Experience with product counseling and programmatic advertising, digital products.
- In-house or external experience in consumer-facing tech with digital ads a plus.
- English fluency; strong communication; able to navigate fast-paced settings.
