🎯 Requirements

UK-qualified solicitor with ideally 3+ years PQE
Trained at top law firm or in-house, ideally tech/VC scale-up
Experience drafting commercial contracts (M&A, AI governance, hosted software, etc.)
Proactive in adopting AI to drive efficiency
Strong communicator, able to explain complex issues clearly
Able to build trust and collaborate across levels
