Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as core adviser to the General Counsel and executive leadership.
• Advise on legal, regulatory and go-to-market priorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements.
• Develop scalable legal tools, templates, playbooks, and training.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for transportation and mobility.
• Manage outside counsel, scopes and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• EU bar admission or US state bar with excellent results.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in international firm or in-house.
• Guidance on transportation matters and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to translate regulatory uncertainty into practical guidance.
