🎯 Requirements

5+ years of legal experience (in-house or law firm).
Strong commercial contracting and transactional experience.
Collaborate with legal counsels US, LATAM, EMEA, APAC.
Able to work autonomously and run like your own business.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
