Support and advise on global commercial transactions.

Collaborate with business, operations, finance and tech to execute deals.
Support dispute resolution and assess legal and business risks.
Develop scalable legal processes and improve standard form agreements/templates.
Conduct legal training for internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of experience at global firms or major organizations.
Law degree (LLB/JD) with active bar membership.
Strong commercial orientation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication; adept at contract drafting.
Excellent English language skills.
Ability to work independently and with teams across time zones.
Knowledge of data protection regulations (an advantage).
Experience in financial services/payments or global workforce solutions (advantage).
