Primary contact for Sales and RevOps on commercial contracting
Lead the bulk of sales contract work
Operate within Ironclad as the primary contracting workflow user
Liaise with the Procurement Manager on vendor agreements
Draft and negotiate the full suite of commercial agreements: Order Forms, Terms, NDAs, addenda
Manage renewals, amendments, non-standard terms

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years PQE, English or New York qualified
Open to London or New York
Primary legal contact for Sales and RevOps
Strong experience with commercial and vendor contracts
Proficient with Ironclad CLM
Proactive communicator and team player
